I saw that, Susan. Riverside costs more, yet their coverage is current and their inspection records are much clearer.

Northside also wants half the payment up front, whereas Riverside bills in stages after each inspection.

That makes Riverside less risky, especially since Mom can’t afford delays if the work fails.

I agree, although Northside’s timeline is almost two weeks shorter.
