Ivy, you've got a minute? I just walked through that studio space on Delancey and I need to talk it out before I call the landlord back.
Perfect timing, I'm between patients. So, first impressions—worth the hype or another dud like the one above the laundromat?
Honestly, it's the opposite of that place. You walk in and the whole front wall is glass, so the main floor gets flooded with light all morning. That alone sold me halfway.
Okay, but light doesn't pay rent. What about the actual layout? You said the last one was basically a hallway with delusions.
Fair. This one's a proper rectangle—open floor up front, and then toward the back it splits into two smaller rooms. One could be for one-on-one sessions, the other maybe assessments or storage.
