Rebecca, thanks for taking my call. I’m following up on the project-management software your company demoed for my trade association yesterday. I came away intrigued, though not yet convinced.
Of course, Richard. I’m the product specialist who hosted that session, so fire away. What’s still nagging at you?
I’ve been comparing platforms, and most of them look impressive until you load them up. What I really need to know is whether yours can handle several projects running concurrently without buckling.
It can, and frankly, that’s where it earns its keep. Once a project is set up, you assign milestones, and the schedule will update automatically whenever a deadline slips, so nobody has to untangle the ripple effects by hand.
That sounds promising, though I’d be lying if I said we could migrate our existing files anytime soon. Not until the current contracts close, anyway. Were the migration to wait until then, would a trial now still be worthwhile?
