That’s earlier than we’d planned. Had they mentioned a change when you spoke to them yesterday?

No, they were still expecting us Friday afternoon, so I’m trying to work out whether their coordinator sent the update to everyone.

I’ll check the thread now. If they’ve changed the schedule officially, I’ll revise the signage file before I send it to the printer.

The email says they’ll have the tables in place by ten, but they want the welcome banner delivered by nine-thirty.
