Hey Sam, could you help me with my porch plant while I’m away? I’ll be gone from Thursday morning until Sunday evening. Please water it deeply on Thursday, then water it every other day. The plant gets direct afternoon sun, so check the soil before adding water. If the top inch feels dry, give it about two cups. If it still feels damp, wait until the next day. Please make sure water can leave through the drainage holes because too much water could cause root rot. The weather report says Friday may be unusually hot, so bring it inside if the temperature goes above ninety degrees. Also, keep an eye out for yellow leaves or drooping stems. If anything seems unusual, send me a quick text, and I’ll tell you what to do. Thanks a lot! Let me know if you have any questions.
